Having made a good plan is half the way to the successful accomplishment – is an old saying. And it is true, not least when new projects have to be started up.

1.Q consult assist Baltic companies starting up on new strategic projects, like:
  • entering new markets
  • changing from being a sub supplier and starting up development of own products and brands
  • searching for an investor
  • moving or outsourcing of the production
  • introducing new management methods
  • starting up a joint project with other companies
  • etc.

1.Q consult assist the companies with these projects which is of strategic importance for the company future and where the idea for the project might be clear, but how to make the detailed project plan seems more complicated.

1.Q consult uses models based on best practice proven tools and assist with:
  • securing that everybody involved in the project understands the project idea, the background and the vision for the project
  • making a realistic budget – both in terms of money and other resources allocated for the project
  • developing a concrete action plan consisting of concrete action points, where each involved understands his role, his targets and deadlines - the action plan is made logical and realistic and has to be approved by all involved
  • how to follow up on the project plan and secure that the deadlines and targets are reached
  • assisting as sparring partners in the implementation phase and/or takes the responsibility as project managers to secure the implementation of the project
