Achieving EU membership the Baltic States at the same time achieved the stamp of approval as serious investment countries. The laws are according to EU standards and the investment safety is on the same level as in any of the EU countries.

Geographically located close by and with a mentality not that different from the Scandinavian makes it even more an advantage for Scandinavian to invest in the Baltic countries and Scandinavian/Nordic countries are therefore also among the main investing countries.

The investments could be financial investments taking general advantage of the potentials. It could also be strategic investments into an existing company, a company which could be the basis for export and control of the sales locally or it could be investments into a production company securing competitive production, delivery control, price control and a future profit on the investment itself.

Scandinavian investors and managers will in many cases be able to transfer know-how to the companies and projects acquired - with lack of local know-how it makes sense to work on implementation of Scandinavian systems, optimizing the companies and in this way increasing profitability.

Investment assistance
On behalf of Scandinavian investors are identified interesting investment projects, companies, real estate projects etc. We are through our network getting information about new opportunities, but we are usually representing the Scandinavian side. We assist with:

identification of investment opportunities based on in beforehand agreed criteria
preliminary analysis of chosen projects and companies
eventual and possible applications for project subsidies and search for other financing possibilities
creating the background for final decision making
negotiations and coordination of the due diligence process

We as well assist after the taking over phase with general advice and participation in various concrete projects.
