LEAN seminar and creating the plan for LEAN implementation

1.Q consult arranged a 3 days LEAN introduction seminar for Lithuanian company Arginta in which all owners and top management participated. The to implement LEAN.

Arginta is one of the most progressive metal companies in Lithuania. The company owns a brand seminar aimed at making an introduction to LEAN tools and creating a concrete plan to start up implementing LEAN in the company, including particular points of attention and expected benefits.

The next step is actual implementation.

The company Arginta was one of the participants on the trip to Denmark, which was organized by 1.Q consult and Lithuanian Association of Engineering Industry in February 2008. The trip  aimed at inspiring the Lithuanian metal companies new factory with exceptionally well designed factory layout.

In 2007 Gintautas Kvietkauskas, the production director of Arginta, was awarded as the best businessman.
