Metal export success

1.Q consult have in the beginning of the year started up a metal sourcing setup, providing orders for our Lithuanian metal suppliers.

Meanwhile we have started collaboration with the Danish company KH Mechanics, which has great experience from sourcing metal projects to Lithuania. KH Mechanics is now in charge of finding the orders.

We are receiving requests for prices, first orders are placed and especially one situation made our Danish clients positively surprised. Metga, a Lithuanian metal processing company, received a request to produce a sample, to prove their quality and ability to deliver fast. The request came on a Monday at noon, at Wednesday in the afternoon the prices were quoted, approved in Denmark, the sample produced, quality controlled, last questions cleared out and the sample delivered to Denmark. T he Danish client were impressed and Metga is approved by the client and will now get repeated orders.

This is the way to react if to get a client, if the companies then follow up and continue being flexible and speedy, not only in the metal industries, but in general, then Lithuania still have a chance to collect orders, and be competitive - even compared with China.
