Lithuanian business daily Verslo Zinios writes about LEAN and 1.Q consult

The leading Lithuanian business daily Verslo Zinios published an article about LEAN (in Lithuanian), Danish experience implementing LEAN and interviews with both Gert Damsted, the LEAN expert in 1.Q consult and Thomas Solupajev-Ronlev, the managing director of 1.Q consult.

The article is based on the LEAN introductory seminar organized by 1.Q consult for Lithuanian company Arginta (see the news article from 22nd of May 2008 about Arginta and the company’s intentions to implement LEAN), to which business people and representatives of Verslo Zinios were invited to discuss using LEAN tools in Lithuania.

A LEGO game, which 1.Q consult uses to illustrate how to improve production flow, was a part of the seminar, too.

The article and the translation into English are provided upon request.
