1.Q consult have made a separated unit taking care of outsourcing of metal production
Based on more than 10 years of experience getting orders from Scandinavian companies in the metal industry, 1.Q consult have established a separate unit within the company only working on contacting companies in Denmark, which would like to have metal production made in Lithuania.
During the next months 1.Q consult will bring in a number of clients from Denmark and we are right now building up a network of Lithuanian metal suppliers.
We will collaborate only with companies, who know their strong sides and can convince us, why they are the best supplier to choose. We will require openness about calculations and ability to keep promises. Delivering the agreed products in the right quality, in agreed amounts at the right time (every time) is a must.
With time 1.Q consult will get started consulting the suppliers how they improve the performance, by for example introducing LEAN – in order we know our suppliers will stay competitive and collaboration will be long termed.
