Thomas is 39 years old and active in business in Lithuania since 1998. Since 2002 he has been Man. Director and part owner of 1.Q consult. Bachelor in business and Economics from Odense University. Thomas is mainly involved in investment projects and as well as strategy planning, interim management and management of 1.Q. Chairman of the Danish Chamber of Commerce in Lithuania.

Bo Westberg Rasmussen
Bo is 49 years old, partner in 1.Q consult and manager of the Danish company. Master in Economics & Business Administration from Aarhus University. During the last 10 years he has worked as General Manager for various companies in the wood- plastic- and electronic industry in both Denmark and in the Baltic countries. He has been the managing director for Wavin Baltic UAB in Vilnius (1999-2002) and Hornbaek Baltic AS in Riga (2006-2007). Bo teaches at Aarhus University in “Business to Business Marketing” since 2005. Work area is mainly sales & marketing, project coordination in Scandinavia, strategic planning and internationalization of 1.Q’s clients.

  Bo Westberg Rasmussen

Niels Klintø

Niels is partner and member of the board of 1.Q consult. He is 40 years old and has a Master Degree in business and economics with specialty in international marketing from Odense University (now Syddansk University). During the last 10 years, Niels has worked with marketing and internet related projects in among others Telia A/S, Orange A/S (former Mobilix) and as founder and co-owner of Addvisors ApS in Denmark, a company which activities where sold in 2008.
Today Niels is co-owner of and in the board for Klodsmajor ApS (Danish online toy shop), co-founder of and CMO in Outsphere ApS (3D object modulating for web sites), co-founder of UAB Addvisors (The leading Lithuanian company with focus on advertisement on search machines) and co-founder of Babysnart.dk ApS (a website build up based on midwife Dorthe Taxbøl). Besides this Niels is involved in startups of new web projects and engaged as consultant in connection with online marketing, strategies and tracking.
